Shipping & Returns Policy

Welcome to Blaze Moto — we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and worldwide.
Please review our shipping and return terms to understand how we process and handle every order with care.

🚚 Shipping Information

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

If there is a temporary stock delay or unusually high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
We’ll notify you by email if your order is affected.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers, depending on destination.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
You can track it directly through the courier’s website or from your Blaze Moto account.

If your tracking status does not update for several business days, please contact us at info@rideblazemoto.com, and our support team will assist promptly.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Blaze Moto is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.

  2. Contact your local postal or delivery service.

  3. Notify us within 7 days at info@rideblazemoto.com so we can open an investigation.

If your package cannot be located after investigation, we will resend your order or issue a full refund.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your Blaze Moto product. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, email info@rideblazemoto.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged through misuse, impact, or water.

  • Accessories, replacement parts, or promotional items.

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” products.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt as proof of return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund approval or rejection.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then email info@rideblazemoto.com if the issue persists.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@rideblazemoto.com with clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will offer you either:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A full refund, depending on your preference.

📦 Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact info@rideblazemoto.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders not yet shipped can be fully canceled and refunded.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

⚙️ Warranty

All Blaze Moto products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Improper installation or neglect

For warranty claims, email info@rideblazemoto.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear supporting photos or videos.
We’ll review your claim and provide next steps for repair, replacement, or refund.
